Is this an open hack or are there any theme or tracks around which we need to develop something?

Hello,
I wanted to know if this an open Hackathon or are there gonna be multiple tracks/themes/challenges around which we need to build something. Also what the last date to register and if the Hackathon has multiple tracks any idea about the prize pool?
